All Fire Officer course are taught in conjunction with the Illinois Fire Service INstitute and have state approval for end of class exams.
Each student will also recieve a course completion certificate from the National Fire Academy.

Illinois Terrorism Task Force (ITTF) grant funding may be available for eligible firefighters for many of the technical rescue series of classes hosted by Southern Kane County Training Association (SKCTA), in conjunction with the ILlinois Fire Service Institute.
